Ingredients

    4 oz. Neufchatel cheese
    1 5 oz. can chicken
    1/2 can healthy request cheddar cheese soup
    1/2 can rotel tomatoes with green chilis
    1 can green enchilada sauce
    5 flour and corn tortillas
    1/4 c. shredded Mexican style cheese

Directions

Soften Neufchatel in microwave for 1 minute. Mix in chicken, soup, and tomatoes. Fill each tortilla with scant 1/4 c. of mixture. Roll enchilada style. Place in a 3 qt. baking dish. Top with green enchilada sauce and shredded cheese. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
