Ingredients

    1 Extra Large Organic Free Range Egg
    1 Tbsp Dijon mustard, Organic
    1 Tbsp raw lemon juice, Organic
    1 tsp sea salt
    1 tsp cayenne pepper
    1 Cup Olive Oil, Organic Extra Virgin

Directions

Crack the egg into a blender. Add Dijon mustard, lemon juice, sea salt, and cayenne pepper. Add the olive oil. Blend, and stop to stir in the dry ingredients from the side of the blender glass. Blend for a few seconds, until creamy. It will firm up in the refrigerator some more. Keeps in the refrigerator for 4 days in an air tight container.
