Ingredients

    2 bananas frozen
    2 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
    6 ounces lite yogurt 80 calories
    2 cups frozen mixed fruit

Directions

Freeze bananas for about an hour
put all ingredients in food processor and blend till smooth
can eat immediately or put in container for serving later
