Ingredients

    1 egg
    1 Cup milk with 1 tsp lemon added or 1 cup buttermilk
    2 Tbsp oil
    1 cup Flour
    1 Tbsp sugar
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    1/2 tsp. Baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt.

Directions

Mix all ingredients together well. Spray griddle with Pam and preheat. Cook
