Ingredients
-
2 8 oz cans of Tuna
2 cups dry elbow macaroni
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup (campbells)
1 medium onion
.5 can of Delmonte corn
.5 cup Parmesan cheese
Tips
You can use freeze dried onions. I like to put mine in with the noodles right as they are about to be finished boiling so that I can rehydrate the onions and give the noodles some extra flavor.
You can also substitute peas for corn, or do corn and peas, but I would use frozen peas. Mushrooms can also be good in this dish.
Directions
Boil noodles.
Mix cooked noodles, tuna, cream of mushroom soup, chopped onion, and corn together and put into a glass pie dish or small casserole dish. Top with a layer of the Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 25 minutes in the oven.
Remove and let cool for 2 minutes.
Serving Size: Makes 4 slices (cook in a glass pie dish)
