Ingredients

    1c dry Bob's Red Mill Kamut
    1 cinnamon stick
    4 strips orange zest
    2 inches fresh ginger, sliced
    1/2 tsp nutmeg
    1/8 tsp allspice
    1/8 ground cloves
    Pinch of salt
    2 tbsp unsalted butter
    Optional: 2 tbsp molasses or honey

Directions

Combine all ingredients and let cook in crockpot on low overnight (6-8 hours)
