Ingredients

    1 lb. Chicken breast, grilled or cooked in water
    1 Celery rib, chopped
    1/4 cup onion, diced
    8-10 Almonds, chopped
    1/2 cup Cranraisins
    1 cup Seedless Grapes, quartered
    1 tsp. Black Pepper
    1 tsp. Red Pepper Flakes, or Cayenne
    1 cup, Hellman's Light Mayo


Tips

You can add other spices to customize to your taste.


Directions

Cook/Grill chicken, dice chicken once cooled. Combine all ingredients and mix well.

Chill for 1-2 hours. Serve on bread or Pita.
