Introduction

Ingredients

    1 scoop of protein powder (Min 26 g protein per serving)
    1 scoop of Metamucil unflavored powder

Tips

Use warm water to get the powders to blend properly. Drink within 10 minutes or the fiber will start to absorb the water and you will eat it with a spoon.


Directions

Add all ingredients to 20 oz of water and blend in a blender, stir in a cup or blend in a shaker bottle.
