Introduction

Ingredients

    2.5 cups of Old Fashioned oats
    1 cup plain low fat greek yogurt
    .5 cup of Honey (I use less)
    2 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp baking soda
    2 tbls. ground flax seed (optional)
    1 tsp vanilla
    2 ripe bananas

Tips

Recipe states to cook for 18 to 20 minutes at 400 degrees. I found that it only took 13 minutes and the muffins were done and I used alot of blueberries in mine. You add almost anything and the result will be the same, ie, nuts, fruits, chocolate chips.


Directions

Pulse oats for 2 minutes in food processor (I don't have one so I used my blender on liquify). Then blend the rest of ingrediants together in processor until completely blended. This is where my blender didn't work so well so I used my hand blender in a bowl. Much easier if you have a processor!!

Serving Size: Makes 12 normal size muffins
