Ingredients

    Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 12 large
    Heavy Whipping Cream, 1 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped)
    Ground Pork, 12 oz
    *1 cup onion chopped, .25 serving
    1 cup chopped red bell pepper

Directions

Cook all ingredients except eggs in skillet. Then pour eggs over and cook in oven at 350 until eggs are set (25-35 minutes usually).

Serving Size: Makes 6 slices
