Perfect Chili Perfect Chili
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 cup chopped bell peppers
    1 cup chopped onion
    3-4 minced garlic cloves
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    1 12 ounce package of veggie crumbles
    1 15 ounce can black or red beans, drained
    1/2 jar salsa
    1 14 ounce can diced tomatoes
    1 tablespoon chili powder
    1 tablespoon oregano
    1/2 teaspoon cumin

Tips

optional: 4-5 oz of chopped chilies


Directions

1. Saute peppers, onions and garlic in oil in large pan over medium-high heat for 2 minutes.
2. Stir in veggie crumbles and cook another 2 minutes.
3. Add remaining ingredients and stir well. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium-low, cover and simmer for 20 minutes stirring occasionally.
