Introduction

Ingredients

    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1 cup dry oats
    1/2 cup cocoa powder, unsweetened
    1/4 cup soy flour
    1/4 cup wheat bran germ, crude
    3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
    1/2 cup peanuts, finely crushed
    3/4 tsp salt
    2 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp baking soda
    2 eggs
    1 Tblsp vegetable oil (or 1/2 cp applesauce)
    1 1/4 cup non-fat milk
    1 1/2 tsp vanilla flavoring

Directions

Stir dry ingredients together, add remaining ingredients, mix well. Bake in greased & floured cake pan in 350 oven for 30-35 min.
Makes 14 2-oz slices.
