Ingredients

    Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted, 8 ounces
    Cream of Chicken Soup, 1 can
    Mixed Vegetables, frozen, 1 package (10 oz)
    Butter, salted, 2 tbsp
    Milk, 2%, 1/4 cup
    Boiled Potato, 4 cups

    cheddar cheese (optional)

Directions

boil potatoes, set aside. med baking dish add left over chicken or buy rotisserie chicken. and cut up 8 oz. into small bite sized pieces. can of chicken soup, a package of mixed vegetables or any vegs of your choice. blend thoroughly and spread on the bottom of pan. in another bowl Mash the potatoes with the butter and milk. spread over the chicken and veg. mixture and bake for 60 mins or until potatoes are brown.
