Ingredients

    2 large eggs
    2 Tbsp salsa
    About 1 oz. 1% milk
    1 4.5" corn tortilla


Tips

No need to grease pan - tortilla will not stick as long as you don't spill filling.


Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Beat eggs in small bowl. Add salsa and milk, stir. Gently press corn tortilla into small pie pan or casserole dish. Pour in egg mixture. Place pan on cookie sheet in case of spillage. Bake for approximately 20 minutes, until filling is firm but not brown.
