Ingredients

2 cups, rolled oats (preferably gluten free)
2 tbsp, honey
1 tsp, cinnamon
1 tsp, vanilla extract
1 tbsp, sunflower oil
Tips
Halfway through bake time stir mixture around with fork then continue to bake. Dried fruit or nuts can be added depending on preference. Can be sprinkled on yogurt, or eaten as a snack.
Directions
Preheat oven 325 degrees.
Mix honey, vanilla and oil. Mix together cinnamon to oats. Pour honey mixture over cinnamon oat mixture and stir until all oats are well coated. Spread into a shallow baking pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until brown. Remove from oven and allow to cool for approx. 30 minutes or until hardened. Then break apart with fork.
Serving Size: makes 2 cups of honey oat granola about 6-8 2tbsp servings
