Introduction

No refined sugar! No refined sugar!
Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    4 very ripe bananas
    2/3c butter, melted
    3/4c 100% pure maple syrup
    1/4c honey
    2 eggs
    2 tsp vanilla
    2 tsp baking soda
    3c flour

Directions

preheat oven to 350

butter 2 loaf pans

mash bananas

stir in melted butter

add syrup, honey, eggs, vanilla, soda and salt...mix very well

stir in flour one cup at a time

divide dough in half and place each half in prepared pan

bake 50 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean

    I liked it my roommate said it was sticky but I used applesauce in place of butter so that could be why - 9/11/20
