Ingredients

    3 oz bay shrimp
    1 Tbsp Light Mayo
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    1 hard boiled egg
    dash of salt
    1 tsp dill weed
    1 tsp pepper
    1 tsp lemon juice
    4 pieces of Melba rounds

Directions

Mix all ingredients, except Melba rounds.
Place in a bowl and let sit until flavors combine.
After 30 minutes, spoon onto Melba rounds and enjoy.
