Ingredients

    1 1/2 cup rolled oats
    1 cup peanut butter
    1/2 cup dried, unsweetened cranberries or cherries
    1/2 cup slivered almonds
    1/4 cup ground flax
    1 cup chopped walnuts
    1/4 cup sunflower seeds
    1/3 cup coconut nectar (or honey or maple syrup)
    1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce (or canned pumpkin)


Directions

Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Spread into greased pan.
Chill until firm. At lest 4 hours. Cut into bars.
Keep well in the freezer.
