Ingredients

    1 C flour
    1 large egg
    1/2 tsp Baking Soda
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/2 C sour cream
    1/2 C granulated sugar
    1/4 C unsweetened applesauce
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    1/4 tsp ground nutmeg

Tips

roll in sugar while still hot, or make a simple glaze with 2 C powdered sugar, 1/4 C milk, and 1 tsp vanilla and dip.


Directions

Whisk together dry ingredients in medium bowl and set aside. Combine wet ingredients, and then combine the two, careful not to overmix.

Fill a greased donut tin 2/3-3/4 of the way full, bake for 10 minutes
