Introduction

This is a great sauce that my boyfriend and I developed through some trail and error. The fat-free yogurt adds protein and a nice tangy-ness while the Marscapone cheese adds a wonderful richness. If you're really worried about the calories and/or fat, you could use only Greek yogurt, but I think you'll loose the amazing texture one typically expects in a tzatiki. We use it for a sandwich spread or dip for crudites, pita breads, or even corn chips. This is a great sauce that my boyfriend and I developed through some trail and error.
