Introduction

This is the way we like popcorn. Rather than greasy or mushy, butter soaked and calorie laden, it is light, fluffy, crispy and just enough flavour and salt to really enjoy the actual taste of popcorn. Ingredients

    1 crank-style stovetop popcorn maker
1/3 cup orville redenbacher popcorn seeds
1 tsp Evoolution butter infused (flavoured) olive oil
    1/2 tsp salt

Tips

Can use regular olive oil, or avocado oil, as it does better with high heat than any other oil.

Directions

Heat popcorn maker to medium high heat, add 1 tsp olive oil, and the popcorn seeds. Turn crank continuously, to get best results. When popping sounds stop, remove from heat immediately, sprinkle with salt, and enjoy!
