    1 lb ground beef
    2 Tbsp olive oil
    1/2 onion
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper
    8 oz rotini pasta
    2 c chicken broth
    2 c diced tomatoes
    1 c tomato sauce
    2 Tbsp sour cream
    1 tsp garlic powder
    2 tsp chili powder
    1 tsp paprika
    1 c cheddar cheese
    2 tsp cumin


Saute onions in oil over medium heat.

Add ground beef and brown. Season with salt and pepper.

Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, chicken broth, pasta, and seasonings.

Bring to simmer, cover and cook 12-15 minutes.

Remove from heat and stir in sour cream and cheese. Stir to melt/incorporate, cool and serve.
