    I cup Frozen mixed fruit
    1/2 fresh banana
    1 single serve container vanilla yogurt
    1/4 C milk
    1 Tbsp coconut
    1 Tbsp raw bran
    1 Tbsp ground flax seed
    1/8 C steel cut oats
    1 tsp spirulina powder

Tips

Defrost fruit if frozen first.
