Introduction

Delicious blend of chicken, ham, bacon and mushrooms. Delicious blend of chicken, ham, bacon and mushrooms.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 Chicken breasts uncooked( cut into bitesize pieces)
    8 slices of ham
    8 slices of bacon
    1 can of mushrooms
    1 large onion chopped

    2 tsp mustard
    .5 tsp pepper

Directions

cut chicken into bite sized pieces. Melt margarine in a frying pan. Add chicken and onion. Fry until chicken is cooked. Push chicken to side and add bacon cut into bite sized pieces and cook until bacon is thoroughly cooked. Add mushrooms and ham cut into bite sized pieces. cook. When all ingredients are well cooked add chicken broth. Mix cornstarch with a little bit of water and add to chicken mix. cook until the broth thickens. Serve over rice.
