Ingredients

    I Cup Bobs Redmill 8 grain cereal
    1 1/2 C Almond Milk
    2 1/2 C water
    2tsp Cinnamon
    1 tsp Nutmeg
    1/2 tsp Salt
    Coconut oil 2 T
    2 T Flax Seed or Hemp Seed
    2 large apples diced
    Quick Oats 1C

Directions

Oil inside of crockpot with Coconut oil. Mix in first 9 ingredients into crockpot, stir. set on low for at least 7 hours. Mix in 1C Quick Oats and let set 5 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 6 Cups
