    Very Good
I like the idea of dredging through egg whites too. Ive got to cut fat where I can, I love the parm chicken - 6/17/08

how about using egg whites instead and add butter buds for the flavor - butter is nothing but fat - 6/13/08

    Incredible!
I mixed equal parts (about) of breadcrumbs and parmesean cheese. It came out tasting EXACTLY like Dave & Busters parmesean crusted chicken (which is excellent). I flipped the breasts once while baking, though I don't know if it had an overall effect. Will definitely make again! - 6/10/08
