Ingredients

    4 - 2 oz. cans Chicken of the Sea Skinless and Boneless Salmon
    3 large white eggs
    1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    1/2 cup yellow corn meal
    1tsp Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb Seasoning
    2 tsp garlic powder


Directions

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Chill for 20 minutes in the refrigerator.

Spray nonstick pan with cooking spray. Form salmon mixture into patties. Pan fry on medium heat until firm and browned on each side, approximately 3 minutes per side.

Serving Size: Makes 12 patties. 4 servings of 3 patties
