Ingredients

    2 cucumbers, peeled
    8 stalks of celery
4 green apples, peeled and cored
    1 bag spinach (10 oz)
    1 lemon, peeled
1 (1 inch) piece of ginger

Tips

This recipe will make more or less juice depending on the size of the veggies you use. ie. if I use really large cucumers I get more juice. Also, fresh, properly ripe produce is best. Ripe produce will yield more juice too.

Directions

Wash all produce well
Peel lemon, apple and cucs
Core apples
Juice through the juicer
Enjoy!

Serving Size: For me this made about 4-12oz servings of juice
