Ingredients

    1 cup rice
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    same can of milk or a can of evaporated milk
    salt and pepper
    browned seasoned pork chops

Tips

i replaced pork chops with chicken and it works as well only i do not brown chicken just put it in.


Directions

spray baking pan with pam, mix rice, soup, milk, salt and pepper in a skillet brown 6 pork chops then add to mixture cover with aluminum foil bake at 350 for an hr maybe a little over ( i use a glass baking dish to see rice browning into a golden brown to know when exactly to take out)

Serving Size: cup of rice and a pork chop
