Ingredients

    3 Thick Cut Pork Chops
    Carrots, cooked, 7 carrot
    fingerling potatoes, 2 cup
    Hidden Valley Ranch Dry Seasoning Packet (DRY ONLY), 1 oz
    Cream of Chicken Soup, 1 can (10.75 oz)

Directions

Peel and cut carrots and rinse potatoes; add to the bottom of the crockpot in a layer. Add the pork chops on top. Mix the ranch packet and cream of chicken coup and pour over top. Cook for 8 hours on low.

Serving Size: Makes 6 servings (this would be half a chop)
