Ingredients

    Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
    Granulated Sugar, 9 tsp
    Salt, 1.5 tsp
    Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 3 tbsp
    Flour, white, 3 cup
    Active Dry Yeast, 2.25 tsp

Tips

I usually use bread flour instead of all-purpose. It makes a much finer loaf of bread that is more like store bought (if that's what you like)


Directions

Place water (water should be 110 degrees), sugar, salt, oil, bread flour and yeast into pan of bread machine.

Check the dough during the kneading cycle, if it's very dry, add more warm water. If it's too wet, add flour. It should be a nicely formed ball of dough that slightly sticks to the side of the pan.

Bake on large loaf white bread setting. Cool on wire rack before slicing
