Ingredients

    3 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast
    16oz Pace hot chunky salsa
    4TB thinly chopped fresh cilantro
    2 limes, juiced
    8oz Kraft Mexican style 4-cheese blend

Tips

You can shred the chicken for tacos or enchiladas or keep it whole and serve as an entree.


Directions

Stir together salsa, cilantro, half of the cheese and juice of one lime. Put a little bit of this in the bottom of the slow cooker, just enough to cover and prevent sticking. Place chicken breast on top, then cover with rest of cheese and the salsa. Cook on high for 4 hours. Once it is done, cover with the juice from the remaining lime.
