Introduction

The Gluten Fee muffins are very moist. The Gluten Fee muffins are very moist.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    3 Large Eggs
    2.5 cups blanched almond flour
    1/2 cup honey
    1/3 cup plain yogurt
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1 mashed ripe banana

Tips

Variations: replace banana with 1/2 cup cooked mashed carrots, or 12 cup blueberries.


Directions

Mix dry ingrediants
In food processor mix eggs and honey
Add to dry mix and stir well
Add yogurt and bananas stir well
Pour into paper lined cupcake pan (12)
Bake at 350 for 14 minutes
Refrigerate after cooled.
