This recipe can be tweaked in a number of ways depending on your preferences... use different nut or seed combinations (sometimes I add hemp seeds or hemp protein to up the protein factor) or play with the types and amounts of sweeteners you use if you want to adjust or lower the overall fat/sugar content... Ingredients

Dry:
4 c. Bob's Redmill Gluten Free Rolled Oats
1/2 c. Flax Meal
1/2 c. Almond Meal
1/2 c. Chia seeds
1.5 c. coarsely chopped pecans
1 c. coarsley chopped almonds
"Wet":
1/4 c. coconut oil
2 T pumpkin seed oil
1/4 c. raw honey
1/4 c. dark brown suger
1 T. Raw agave nectar
1/2 tsp. pink sea salt
2 t. grounda cinnamon
Directions
Preheat oven to 350
Combine all "Wet" ingredients in a small sauce pan and heat to a gentle boil
While wet ingredients are heating, combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl
Add saucepan mixture to dry ingredients and mix thoroughly
Spread mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with non-stick foil or parchment paper
Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes or until desired crispiness... stir mixture 1-2 times during cooking process. Granola will be golden-dark brown when it's finished
Serving Size: Makes roughly 16 1/2-cup servings
