4 Tbsp Butter, salted (1/4 cup)
1/4 cup Brown Sugar, packed
9 full size Graham Crackers (1/3rd of box)
1/4 cup Pecans chopped
Tips
Quick and east to prepare. Makes a great tasty snack cookie.
Directions
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Break up the large graham crackers into the 4 marked smaller pieces and lay them out on the parchment paper.
Melt the butter and brown sugar in a pan just until blended well and starts to bubble.
Remove from heat and add the pecans, stir to mix.
Spoon the hot butter and sugar mixture with nuts onto all of the crackers and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
Allow them to cool and the "toffee" coating will harden.
Store in an airtight container.
Serving Size: Makes 36 1x3" cracker pieces (cookies snacks)
