Ingredients

    1.5 lb(24 oz) stew beef
    4 large yellow potatoes
    4 large carrots
    1 tsp Salt
    1 tsp Dried Oregano
    2 tsp Dried Rosemary, crushed
    1 tsp Black Pepper
    1/2 tsp Ground Thyme
    3 Tbsp white flour

Directions

Trim beef if necessary, cut in bite sized pieces. Place in slow cooker with enough water to cover. Cook on low for 6 hours (2 hours on high). Add vegetables and spices, and cook an additional 1.5 hours. Mix flour into 1/2 cup cold water and stir into beef mixture. Cook 30 minutes more, to thicken.
