Ingredients

    1/2 cup butter
    1 cup sugar
    2 eggs
    3/4 cup mashed bananas
    1/4 cup buttermilk
    2/3 cup coconut flour
    2/3 cup flour
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp vanilla
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/4 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 cup pecans/walnuts

Tips

the coconut flour/flour can be any combination. Can also use almond flour. I have been trying to cook more healthy, and adding a little then gradually using more of the coconut flour eases everyone else into eating healthier as well!


Directions

mix butter and sugar until smooth, add eggs, milk and vanilla, then all dry ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees until brown on top. (10-15 minutes).
