Ingredients

    2 T PB2 Fit Peanut Butter Powder
    1 scoop protein powder
    2 C chopped kale, stems removed
    1 C unsweetened original Almond milk
    1 T organic chia seeds
    1 ripe medium to large frozen banana

Tips

If you do not like the taste of kale you can omit it or add a few chunks of strawberries or pineapple to dial down the taste of kale. You can also add a tsp or two of raw honey or agave nectar.


Directions

Throw all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

Serving Size: 1 large or 2 small smoothies
