    Great Value No Sugar Added Mixed Fruit: Peach, Strawberry, Pineapple, Mango 1 cup
    Skim Milk 1 cup
    Naturade Vanilla Total Soy Powder 1 scoop
    Vanilla Extract 1 teaspoon

Tips

If the shake is too thick, you can loosen it up with a splash of apple or orange juice.


Directions

Serving Size: 1 shake 10 oz
