Ingredients

    6 frozen boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1 16-oz jar Herdez Casera Mild Salsa (or salsa of choice)
    1 packet taco seasoning
    white corn tortillas

Tips

Serve with lettuce or spinach leaves, diced tomatoes, low-fat cheese and/or low fat sour cream.


Directions

Place the frozen chicken in a slow cooker. Sprinkle the taco seasoning on top. Pour the jar of salsa over the chicken. Cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4-5 hours.

When you are ready to eat, shred the chicken with a couple forks. It will be very moist. Use a slotted spoon to serve the chicken into the white corn tortillas.
