Ingredients

    2 portobellow mushrooms, frills removed and saved
    1/5 yellow onion, chopped
    3 oz 80/20 ground beef
    1 tbsp egg
    1/4 tsp montreal steak seasoning

    topping:
    1 leaf romaine lettuce
    2 slices roma tomato

Tips

if condiments are added, be sure to account for them separately


Directions

remove frills and place mushroom in 400 degree oven for 7-10 minutes to dry out silightly. combine frills, onion, beef egg and steak seasoning in bowl and press into patty. broil or fry until done. place on mushroom bun and top with lettuce and tomato.
