Ingredients

    8 oz ground pork
    4 cups cabbage
    1 tablespoon ghee (or butter, or any fat you wish to use)
    sausage seasoning

Directions

Add seasoning blend to ground pork; mix thoroughly. Brown the pork in the ghee until done. Add all the cabbage and stir frequently until it reaches your taste for doneness.
