Ingredients

1-19 oz. can chickpeas (drained)
3 tsp. tahini (you can substitute peanut butter)
3 cloves of garlic minced
3 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/4 c. olive oil
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. ground coriander
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
S&P to taste
Directions
Blend it all in the blender or food processor till smooth. I highly reccomend the food processor if you have one.
