Ingredients

    2 romaine lettuce hearts chopped
    1 small red onion chopped
    1 medium avacado chopped
    6 hard boiled eggs peeled and sliced
    12 cherry tomatoes halved
    2 cans Kirkland canned chicken breast drained and crumbled
    1 pkg Maple Leave Ready Crisp bacon cooked,chopped & blotted
    2 cups Kraft shredded cheddar cheese

Tips

I occasionally add chopped peppers and peas as well.
I also sometimes switch up the meat, left over ham or turkey works great too


Directions

layer lettuce, tomatoes, onion, avacado, chicken, & eggs
spoon or drizzle dressing over, spreading to cover
sprinkle with cheese
sprinkle with bacon
refrigerate 1 hour or even better over night
