Introduction
Chestnuts are delicious treat for cakes. So, I have mixed them with thick Greek yogurt without fat for making fitness tiramisu served with a French vanilla coffee for a Sunday afternoon. Ingredients

250 g Frozen chestnut purée (sugared with rum)
3x140 g Greek yogurt, thick without fat
250 g low fat curd (cream cheese)
2 bananas
2 tbsp honey
50 g dark chocolate
40 g marzipan (preferably home-made without sorbitol sweetener as in commercial)
1 packet ladyfingers
1 lime
7 roasted and peeled chestnuts
1 extract from the vanilla bean
1 tsp coconut extra virgin oil
Tips
Make your own marzipan if you could not buy marzipan without sorbitol sweetener
Directions
1. Cover the bottom of a tartlet mold of 18 cm in diameter, 6,5 cm in height with ladyfingers
2. Sprinkle them lightly with lime juice
3. Mix melted chestnut purée with two packages of Greek yogurt (2x140g). Spread a half of it on the ladyfingers layer
4. Make a layer of sliced bananas
5. Mix the curd with a package of Greek yogurt (140g), add vanilla extract and 2-3 tbsp of lime juice, make a new layer
6. Cover it with a layer of ladyfingers, sprinkle them with lime juice
7. Spread a layer of chestnut-yogurt mixture
8. Grind the chocolate and make a velvet layer
9. Place the tartlet to refrigerate for at least 2 hrs, or overnight, then garnish
Garnish
1. Wrap seven chestnuts in marzipan, allow cooling for 5-10 minutes
2. Melt the rest of chocolate with a teaspoon of coconut oil on a very light heat
3. Coat chestnuts in chocolate, allow them cool on the grid
4. Garnish the tartlet with chocolate chestnuts
