Ingredients

    3 Avocado
    1 Full crown broccoli
    4 Mushrooms
    1/2 Can of 1.5L Tomato Puree
    5 Baby bell peppers

Tips

Keep the heat on low medium to low to keep everything from burning.


Directions

Cook all veggies (minus the avocado) in a deep pan with olive oil and any spices you like. Then add fully-cooked chicken chunks. Once those are warmed, add the tomato puree and put a lid over the pan, with the heat on low for 5-10 minutes. The dish is done when the puree has become the consistency you want it.
