Ingredients

    one dozen eggs
    any vegetable (chopped in small pieces)
    any meat of your choice
    splash of water
    salt and pepper
    muffin pan

Tips

The original recipe did not say this put make sure you either use cooking spray, etc on your pan to make sure they come out easily


Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
wisk eggs together in an easy pour container
add a splash of salt and pepper
grab your muffin pan and pour 1/3 egg mixture in each
add your other items in the muffin pan
pour remaining mixture over the top
cook in oven for 15-20 minutes

Serving Size: 2 quiche makes 1 serving size
