Introduction

Low carb version of rice! Low carb version of rice!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 Head of cauliflower, broke in florets
    1 Tablespoon of water
    1 Lime, juiced & zested
    1/2 Cup fresh cilantro
    2 Tablespoons of olive oil

Directions

Pulse cauliflower in food processor until it resembles rice.
Place cauliflower rice and water in covered bowl
Microwave on high until tender, about 7 minutes.
Stir in lime zest & juice, cilantro, and olive oil.
Great by itself, or use in place of rice anywhere!

Serving Size: Makes two amazing servings
