Introduction

Living now on Florida's Gulf Coast, I often crave the heavenly taste of an original runza from Lincoln, Nebraska. The addition of celery and bell pepper ups the freshness level in this casserole and lightens the calories. Best of all is that zunza goodness - without the bun.
