Ingredients

    2 cups of oats
    1/4 cup of sunflower seeds
    1/4 dup pepita seed
    1 cup of mixed nuts ( almonds walnuts cashews
    1/2 cup coconut
    Cinnamon to taste
    Pinch of nutmeg

Tips

I sometimes and some dried cranberries 1/4 cup at the end .


Directions

Bake oats and cinnamon until oats are golden brown add seeds and nuts to cook for further 10mins and coconut after you take it our of the oven
Let it cool down and store in an airtight container.
